Health Care Track

Get real clinical exposure by shadowing doctors and healthcare teams at CHEMED in Lakewood, NJ, and complete a hands-on research project that builds meaningful experience for med-school and other professional opportunities. It’s an eye-opening track for students exploring a future in healthcare (with occasional opportunities to observe in hospitals and other exciting medical settings, based on availability).

You will meet prestigious doctors and expose yourself to the world of Jewish medical ethics.


Shadow Doctors

Interns have the chance to shadow across a wide range of CHEMED departments, including Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Dentistry, Podiatry, Radiology, Physical Therapy, and Pharmacy. Depending on scheduling and staff availability, students may also observe specialty clinics and additional clinical services.

Guided Medical Research

Interns also complete a research project that may include analyzing clinical data, reviewing case trends, studying public-health outcomes, or exploring healthcare-delivery improvements—giving them real, r-ready experience in medical research.
